Turnaround 4-life

I had a short dip the last week, not in motivation or strive but in the form of physical illness, to call it short I had a fever, a high one. I was sick the whole past weekend and felt like a wreck. Since I have been eating more healthy food, started working out more and eating extra vitamins and so, I think my body had some last few adjustments to do. And since I never relax, I’m always on the run, my body had to shut down for a weekend to get everything in order. And now, I feel AMAZING! It´s been a long time since I ever felt this great. I will share with you soon exactly what I did to get to this level. There is still a lot to do but nothing can stop me now.

And what have I learned from this experience?

  • That everything is possible despite what everyone says.

  • That I need to take one weekend of each month to relax, otherwise I will end up working all the time and not appreciate all the little things. High performance people have a tendency to never relax and I’m now doing us all a favor, clearing out one whole weekend each month. You can do it to, what´s really the worst thing that could happened? The extra time will let you recharge your batteries and analyze what’s been going since the last time you relaxed.

  • When it´s hard, stick to it, you are on the right track, you just got to get past these extra bumps on the road to success. But stay true to yourself.
